General approach
Refund eligibility depends on the product, billing cycle, usage, provisioning status and any guarantee expressly displayed during checkout. Contact support promptly with the invoice number and reason for the request.
Generally non-refundable items
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers; SSL certificates after issuance or validation; Cloudflare and third-party licences after activation; setup fees; completed development work; custom services; and consumed resources are generally non-refundable because costs are committed immediately.
Hosting services
A hosting refund may be considered only where a money-back period is expressly stated for that product and the request is submitted within that period. Abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, promotional credits and previously refunded accounts may be excluded.
VPS, dedicated and custom infrastructure
VPS, dedicated servers, DirectAdmin configurations, streaming services and other custom or provisioned infrastructure are normally non-refundable once deployed, reserved or ordered from an upstream provider.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and banking network. Account credit may be offered where appropriate.
Cancellations
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. Back up and remove data before the service termination date.
